  1849 Pocket Revolver .31 Calibre $2,250

4" octagon barrel with loading lever marked Address Saml Colt/New York

City. 5-Shot cylinder with visible stagecoach scene. Smooth one-piece ivory

grips. All numbers matching, including wedge, arbor pin and loading lever.

Mfd 1854. Sharp, bright bore. Crisp, tight action. Strong traces of silver

plating on brass and blue on barrel. In old reproduction case with original

powder flask, original Colt steel 2-cavity bullet mold, a full UMC percussion

cap tin and some cast balls and bullets.

7 1/2" octagon barrel. Brass triggerguard & backstrap. Smooth one-piece

walnut grips. All matching numbers. Mfd 1863. Old re-nickel. Fine



  1861 Navy Percussion Revolver, Cartridge Conversion .38 Rimfire $995

7 1/2" round barrel. Six shot. Brass triggerguard & backstrap. Imitation stag

grips. All matching numbers (cylinder is dual-numbered). Originally mfd

1868 as .36 calibre percussion. Conversion to metallic cartridge by Colt,

utilizing the improved Richards-Mason design, patent dated July 2, 1872.

Old re-nickel. Fine mechanics.



  Custom Combat Commander Series '70 .45 ACP $1,825

4 1/4" Kart National Match barrel. Mk IV Series 80 slide, milled to create

striated integral rib, with low-profile Bo-Mar adjustable rear sight, enlarged

ejection port, and slide serrations front and rear. Stippled triggerguard, front

and rear gripstraps---the rear of steel in original 1911 contour. Slide spring

guide rod. Duckbill grip safety. Chamfered magazine well. Lightened hammer

and trigger. Diamond checkered laminated walnut grips retained with

stainless Torx screws. Nickel plated magazine. Frame originally mfd 1978.

    ACE .22 LR $3,650

4 3/4" barrel. Fully checkered walnut grips. Checkered hammer, trigger, slide

stop, magazine release, and safety. Inspector mark 60 on upper right side of

triggerguard and 4/VP on left. Original two-tone magazine. Mfd 1936. 90%

blue; except 50% blue on gripstraps. With factory letter showing shipment

as a lot of one only, to Boston University.


Colt / Sauer Deluxe Sporting Rifle 7mm Rem. Mag. $7,950

24" tapered round barrel. Figured walnut stock with rosewood forend tip,

classic borderless point-pattern checkering, rosewood pistol grip cap, Monte

Carlo cheekpiece, concealed reinforcement between magazine and trigger

wells, and black recoil pad. Slick action, with detachable box magazine,

chamber-loaded indicator, cocking indicator, top tang safety and engraved,

maker's sculptured scope bases for Leupold rings. Extensive scroll engraving

covering receiver, bottom metal and 2 1/2 inches onto the barrel; and with

very finely executed gold inlaid animal heads: bear on underside, pronghorn

antelope on triggerguard, mountain goat on front left receiver ring, baying elk

on left rear, and Rocky Mountain sheep on right rear receiver ring---

bewilderingly, unsigned. Pull: 13 1/2". Weight: 8lbs, 5oz. Built 1977. All

matching numbers. Virtually brand new.


  New Agent, Series 90  Lightweight .45ACP $925

3" barrel. Matte blue finish. Diamond checkered walnut grips. Also known

as Model 07810D Defender Concealed Model O. New condition in maker's

hard case with manual and lock.


  New Service .38 Special $2,750

6" barrel with fixed sights. Checkered trigger, hammer and cylinder release.

Checkered walnut medallion grips. Mfd 1933. 99%blue. With original box

numbered to the gun, instructions, test target, cleaning brush, and with

factory letter showing shipment in 1934 to Phil Bekeart, San Francisco.


  Police Positive .38 S&W $995

4" barrel. Fixed sights. Checkered hammer and cylinder release. Checkered

black COLT hard rubber grips. Mfd 1921. 98%blue. Excellent bore.


  Police Positive Target .22 LR $895

6" barrel with elevation-adjustable beaded blade front sight. Matted flat top

frame with windage-adjustable rear sight. Checkered hammer, trigger and

cylinder release. Knurled backstrap. Checkered walnut medallion grips. Mfd

just pre-war. Oddly, the cylinder may be revolved manually

counterclockwise, but not clockwise. The timing and lock-up are correct

with the hammer and trigger pulled back. 95%blue.

    Single Action Army, First Generation .357 Magnum $9,995

7 1/2" barrel. Blued & casehardened. Checkered black hardrubber grips.

Appears unfired and unturned. Cylinder numbered to the gun---last two

digits fortuitously exposed upon opening loading gate without revolving

cylinder. Both grips scratch-numbered to the gun. In original box numbered

to the gun and with shooting suggestions and test target dated 9-21-41.


Single Action Army Engraved 3rd Generation .44-40 Win. $11,450

5 1/2" barrel. All blued and with fire-blued small parts. Beautifully-fitting

one-piece smooth ivory grips. Extensively scroll engraved and gold inlaid

by Duane Graham: scroll on barrel, frame, cylinder, and rear gripstrap.

Double gold bands at breech and muzzle. Gold borderlines on frame and

cylinder with floral filigree terminations. Gold inlays on backstrap and butt.

Including original black hardrubber grips. In blue box and white outer sleeve

with papers. Originally built 1993. New condition as custom engraved.

windage and elevation. Checkered Coltwood thumb rest grips. Hand applied

serial number. With factory letter confirming experimental status as part of

the Colt Engineering Archives collection---and that it is not to be fired---

although it would appear that someone ignored the warning. 98%blue.
