27" SxS monoblock barrels with concave rib choked improved cylinder & modified, 14 1/4"pull from front trigger to engraved, casehardened steel buttplate, 1 3/8" - 2 1/2" drop. No cast. Stocked personally by Dakota founder Don Allen with highly figured walnut: straight English grip, Anson pushbutton release splinter forend and classic point-pattern checkering with mullered borders. Rose & scroll engraved, rounded, pinless, casehardened action with rolled triggerguard. Auto ejectors. Weight: 6lbs, 7oz. Not one of the later Italian-sourced actions; this gun was made entirely in the Dakota shop in Sturgis, South Dakota. Serial number 0101 --- one of the very first built. Very little used.  $9975.
