| walnut stocks by James Corpe with horn Alex Henry forend, flat sidepanels, |
| classic point-pattern checkering with mullered borders, horn pistol grip cap, |
| double-beaded pancake cheekpiece, vacant silver initial oval, and |
| checkered horn buttplate. Ruger No.1 action extensively reworked by John |
| Madole: Dan'l Fraser-type sidelever, conversion from coil to leaf mainspring, |
| flat-front action face without the Ruger bulge, small-ring triggerguard, |
| sculpture trigger with dainty scroll detail at rear, registered screws, and |
| custom hand-checkered non-rattling safety. Engraved J. Madole on barrel |
