modified & improved modified. 14 1/4" pull from front trigger to checkered

horn buttplate. 1 1/2" - 2 5/8" drop. 1/2" cast off. Figured walnut stocks with

Anson-release splinter forend, straight English grip, classic point-pattern

checkering with mullered borders, and vacant silver initial oval. Scroll

engraved action with automatic ejectors, automatic top tang safety and with

"20th Century" engraved in a banner on each side. Weight: 5lbs, 3oz. Built

ca 1936, almost certainly by Skimin & Wood, Birmingham, England. 99%+

old reblue on barrels. 20% original casehardening colors on action. Two-

inch chambers unaltered. In English, period, leather VC case.   $3995.
