and 1 gold-lined island-mounted folding leaf sight. Mannlicher-style full stock to

the muzzle of fully figured Teyssier walnut with widow's-peaked ebony

forend tip, double-schnabel, classic borderless point-pattern checkering,

classic comb, beaded cheekpiece, vacant gold initial oval, rear swivel stud,

and gold-bordered, scroll engraved, widow's-peaked steel buttplate. G33/40

Mauser action shortened to Kurz length by Ted Blackburn, with jeweled

bolt, FN cocking piece, lengthened top tang and with custom top tang

safety, and hinged floorplate with release inside triggerguard. Extensively

engraved by Franz Marktl: scroll at muzzle, barrel band, breech, action,

scope bases, cocking piece, grip cap, buttplate, and bottom metal. A

mountain lion having taken a pronghorn antelope in raised gold on the

floorplate. Gold borderline work on bottom metal and buttplate. Leupold M8-

3x scope with fine duplex reticle. Pull: 13 7/8". Weight: 7lbs, 11oz. Virtually
