22" tapered round barrel with matted ramp front sight, soldered swivel

mount, 1 standing and 1 folding island-mounted rear sight. Plain varnished

walnut stock with classic point-pattern checkering, black pistol grip cap,

pancake cheekpiece, rear swivel stud and striated horn buttplate. Pull: 13

7/8". Weight: 6lbs, 5 1/4oz. Nicely scroll engraved on action and bottom

metal. Presumably made by a German gunsmith for a victorious GI just after

WW2 in return for some needed provisions. Virtually unused. $1875.
