pattern checkering, teardrops, and vacant silver initial oval by Lon Paul.

Fine, full-coverage (Churchill-pattern) English scroll engraved action with

gold-line cocking indicators, automatic top tang safety with SAFE inlaid in

gold, and beaded-edge triggerguard. Weight: 6lbs, 10 3/4oz. Built 1939.

London nitro proved for 1 1/8oz and chambers unaltered. Tight, with

excellent bores, and ejectors in perfect time. In full leather VC case
