26" Over/under barrels with matted ventilated rib and ivory front bead choked improved modified & full. 14 3/4" Pull from single selective trigger to original buttplate. 1 3/8" - 2 1/4" Drop. 1/4" Cast-off. Highly figured, black-streaked Turkish walnut stock with classic point-pattern checkering, straight English grip and Deeley-release, three-piece, splinter forend with horn bushings around screws. Fully scroll-engraved receiver, signed Walter, and with deep-chiseled game scenes on the locks including a dog flushing five grouse, all in gold on left and a setter flushing three ducks, also in gold, on right. Hand-detachable locks with concealed release, double underbolts and double Kersten locks and cocking indicators. Weight: 6lbs, 13oz. No swivels or cheekpiece. Built in 1986.
