27" SxS barrels with extended muzzles, flat, hand-matted rib, raised fine bead front sight with platinum inlaid levelling line, 1 standing and 1 folding express sights engraved for 100 and 200 yards. Figured walnut stock with Anson-pushbutton-release splinter forend, capped pistol grip, beaded pancake cheekpiece, classic point-pattern checkering, checkered flat sidepanels, sling eye and compound India rubber and checkered black hardrubber recoil pad. Full coverage, rope-bordered, fine scroll engraved boxlock action with scalloped fences, intercepting sears, active doll's head third fastener, double triggers, bushed firing pins, long bottom tang, automatic top tang bolted safety with SAFE inlaid in gold, BOLTED inlaid in platinum and FIRE indicated with red cloissonne enamel. Pull: 14 1/4". Weight: 8lbs, 15oz. London black powder proofs. Built ca 1891. Retaining 99% original blue throughout and 95% casehardening colors. Tight. And, with excellent bores.
