Description: 27 1/2" SxS chopper-lump barrels with concave hand-matted rib choked modified & full, 14 1/2"pull from articulated front trigger to checkered wood butt, 1 1/2" - 2 1/4"drop, 3/8" cast-off. Highly figured walnut stock with straight English grip, Anson-pushbutton-release splinter forend, classic borderless point-pattern checkering, teardrops and vacant gold oval. Fine continental rose & scroll engraved and with duck scene on bottom of receiver signed M. Hannay. Casehardened, reinforced action with double underbites, intercepting sears, Purdey-type concealed third fastener, automatic top tang safety with S in gold, and bushed firing pins. Weight: 6lbs, 9oz. Built in 1923. Appears unfired, retaining 100% blue and 100% casehardening colors. Factory letter. Cased.
