engraved, casehardened Holland & Woodward Patent, third variation hand- |
detachable underlever falling block action with matted trigger and manual |
top tang safety with SAFE inlaid in gold. Pull: 14 1/2". 1 15/16" - 2 7/8" drop. |
Weight: 8lbs, 7 1/2oz. London proofed for 70 grains of cordite and the .480 |
grain bullet. Built 1907 for Nasrulla Khan, Crown Prince of Afghanistan and |
later King, for a week. The only Holland & Holland single shot rifle built in |
